1. Check-in and Check-out Procedures

Check-out time: By 12:00 noon (at the latest)

Before 6:00 AM: 100% of one night's room rate, including breakfast

Between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM: 50% of one night's room rate, excluding breakfast
Late check-out (subject to room availability):

Until 6:00 PM: 50% of one night's room rate

2. Extra Charges & Occupancy Policy
Room rates are based on per room per night for single or double occupancy, including buffet breakfast for 01 or 02 guests.
Maximum occupancy: 02 adults and 02 children under 12 years old, or 03 adults.
Children Policy

Up to 02 children under 6 years old sharing bed with parents: Free of charge

If there are 03 children under 6 years old: The 3rd child will incur a surcharge of VND 150,000/child/night (applicable for room categories from Deluxe Valley View and above)

Children from 6 to 11 years old sharing bed with parents: Breakfast surcharge of VND 150,000/child/meal

Children 12 years and older are considered as adults
Extra Guest Policy (applicable from Deluxe Valley View and above)

Sharing existing bed: VND 300,000/person/night, including breakfast

Extra bed (maximum 01 per room): VND 500,000/person/night, including breakfast
3. Reservation Requirements

All booking requests must be submitted in writing or via email and must be confirmed by the hotel in writing or via email. Reservations made via phone will not be accepted.

5. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be held responsible for any cancellation or failure to fulfill the agreed terms, whether directly or indirectly, due to consequences of war, strikes, civil unrest, natural disasters, floods, epidemics, or any other force majeure events as defined by law that are beyond the hotel’s control.
6. Cancellation Policy
Regular Days:

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to check-in: subject to a charge of 1 night per reserved room.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in or no-show: subject to 100% charge of the total booking value.
Public Holidays & Tet (Vietnamese Lunar New Year):

For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to check-in, the hotel reserves the right to charge 1 night per reserved room.

Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to check-in or no-show: subject to 100% charge of the total booking value.
Note: Gala dinner or festive meals during holidays and Tet are mandatory for all in-house guests and non-refundable under any circumstances.
